The processing time for your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used. The refund timeline begins once Krishi Hat Bazar initiates the process based on your refund type.

The refund amount will cover the price of the returned item(s) along with the applicable shipping fees.

Types of Refunds

Krishi Hat Bazar processes refunds based on the following scenarios:

Refund from Return: Once your returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check (QC), the refund process will begin.

Refund from Cancelled Order: If your order is successfully cancelled, the refund will begin automatically.

Refund from Failed Delivery: If delivery fails and the item is returned to the seller, the refund process will start.

Please note that the time required may vary depending on your location.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must:

Be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Include all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, free gifts, invoice, and accessories.

Be returned in its original and intact manufacturer packaging or box.

If it was delivered in Krishi Hat Bazar’s packaging/box, the same must be returned.

Do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box.

Important Notes

Please include the order number and return tracking number in your return package to avoid delays or issues in the refund process.

When handing over your return to the drop-off station or pickup agent, collect the return acknowledgment slip from Krishi Hat Bazar and keep it for future reference.

Return & Refund Conditions for Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our

Customer Service team for assistance with a return or refund.

You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the item. Refunds can be processed through
